2. BANDAR TASIK PUTERI
Mixed development on 2670 acres land by Rawang Lakes Sdn Bhd on Lot 1571, Mukim Rawang, Daerah Gombak. Infrastructural and structural engineering consultancy services for terrace houses, bungalows, semi-detached units, apartments and commercial units

 

3. BANDAR BARU BANGI, SEKSYEN 8
A 73 acres development on PKNS land at Section 8, Bandar Baru Bangi comprising 742 units 2 storey terrace houses, 24 units semi-detached, 5 bungalows and 105 units 2 storey shop/office. Project completed in 2004

 

4. BANDAR DAMAI PERDANA
A mixed township development of approximately 300 acres in Cheras by Mahajaya Bhd comprising terrace houses, bungalows, semi-detached units, apartments and shops

 

5. TAMAN INDUSTRI ALAM JAYA
A mixed development on 300 acres on Lot PT 9135 and Lot 9136, Mukim Ijok, Daerah Kuala Selangor by Plentifield Sdn Bhd comprising 309 units terrace houses, 383 units apartments, 379 units shop/office, 152 units factories Lot. Completed in 2006

 

6. BANDAR SAUJANA PUTRA
820 acres township development by LBS Bhd comprising terrace houses, town houses apartments, high rise condominiums, shop/offices and semi-detached units

 

Water supply to this development involved laying 10KM of 1000mm dia water mains and constructing 4 Nos. 1.0 million gallons elevated water tower

 

7. D’ISLAND RESIDENCE
175 acres of high end development in Puchong, Selangor by LBS Bhd. A mixed development comprising 3 storey superlinks, 3 storey semi-detached, bungalows, super condominium, commercial hub and club house

 

8. PEARL VILLA AT SECTION 16, PETALING JAYA
Development by Malton Bhd on a 5.42 acres freehold land at Section 16, Petaling Jaya. There are 42 units luxurious semi-detached and 2 units bungalows. Project completed in 2010

 

9. TAMAN CHERAS UTAMA
A 48 acres development by Mahajaya Bhd on Lot 5401-5404, Mukim Kuala Lumpur comprising 207 units of terrace houses, 18 units of semi-detached, 800 units low cost flat, 1700 units apartments and 45 units shop/offices. Project completed in year 2000

A 75 acres high end developmet at Seksyen U10, Shah Alam, comprising 292 units of semi-detached houses and 72 units of bungalows and 14 units of 2 storey shop/offices for Green Target Sdn Bhd
